Kim joined Inseitz Group as Program Director in July 2018 and is also a Certified PLE™ Coach/Trainer. Prior to Inseitz group, Kim worked for Walmart Stores, Inc. for over 19 years. She spent 16 years in Real Estate/Store Planning and the last 3+ years in Global Shared Services. Since leaving Walmart in 2015, Kim has been a National Account Manager for Cree Lighting and currently holds that role representing Borgen Systems. She provides innovative refrigerated solutions for the Fresh Floral areas of Walmart and Sam’s Club. Customer Service is job one.
Kim is a native to Northwest Arkansas. She is very involved in the community and currently serves as Vice President of the Board for Souls Harbor – transitional living facility for men recovering from addiction in Rogers, AR. Kim also gives her time to Havenwood, Jr. Achievement, NWA Business Women’s Conference, Crystal Bridges and among others. Her motto is “Always do what you can, when you can and always give more than you get”. Kim is an active member of First Christian Church/Waterway in Bentonville. She was recently certified as a PLE Coach and looks forward to working with the participants in the Personal Leadership Effectiveness Program.
She attended the University of Arkansas majoring in journalism. She graduated from Facilitator School through Walmart and is certified in AIM Change Management and Dimensions in Professional Selling.
Kim lives in Bentonville with her very patient boyfriend Aaron, three amazing dogs and the most beautiful cat in the world. Kim has a wonderful 27-yr. old daughter who is currently working as a stage manager with a theatre company out of NYC. Kim is a collector of craft and art supplies. She is a supporter of all things arts, loves to travel and would live at the beach if she didn’t live here.
