Meet Jean Anderson

Jean Anderson joined Inseitz Group as program director in January 2017 after 15 years at NorthWest Arkansas Community College (NWACC). She now serves as the President of the Inseitz Group Women’s Empowerment Foundation. During her time at NWACC, she held several leadership roles, including academic advisor, executive assistant to the president, executive director of organizational development, and executive director for NWACC’s Bella Vista Center. Jean assumed her position as the Planned Giving Officer for the NWACC Foundation in July 2013.

Jean received her BA in Business Education from the University of Northern Iowa (Cedar Falls) in 1973 and her MBA from Baker University (Baldwin, KS) in 1995. She is a Certified Practitioner of MBTI Step I and Step II instruments and a Global Career Development Facilitator. Additionally, Jean is a certified coach/trainer through Future Achievement International.

Jean is an active member of The Rotary Club of Bentonville – Satellite Club and has served as an assistant governor for Rotary District 6110, which covers a four-state area. Jean also is a member of Network of Executive Women and the Legacy Village Green House Assisted Living Board.
