Sharon Deloach, Ed.D., serves as the director of coaching. She is an author and notable Instructional Executive Leader is celebrated for significant experience in directing and developing education, nonprofit, economic development, corporate and social service initiatives. Sharon gained years of experience serving as an education administration executive, municipal social service administrator, and a leader in the financial services industry. The culmination of her experiences ignited passion to author the book, An Answer to Disenfranchised Students.
A native of central Texas, Sharon has worked with thousands of educators, students, parents, legislators, industry leaders, and inspiration congregations, to inspire life-long learning. She has conducted specialized training, conference empowerment seminars, staff development workshops, and convocations across the country and abroad.
During her career, she worked as the National Implementation Coordinator and lead policy strategist for the U.S. Department of Education, OVAE: State Scholars Initiative. Fifteen Scholar States implemented advanced technical and policy work under her direction. Her curriculum redesigns have incorporated STEM coalitions across industries that include Healthcare/Medical, Military and Education Coalitions, Manufacturing, Retail, IT/Technical, Banking, and Hospitality.
Because of her leadership, 25% of the counties underemployed workforce received technology e-learning from the delivery of methodologies created through the Central Texas Manufacturing Skills and Workforce Development Council. Serving as an education director and school district administrator, Sharon is also known by her branded strategy of restructuring high schools increasing district, student, and staff performance. Her integrated blended learning models brings together traditional and nontraditional academic programs offering specializations in College Readiness and Soft Skill Workforce Certification.
Sharon earned her Doctor of Education and Masters of Education degrees from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton, TX. She graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University-CC with a Bachelor of Science degree. She completed International Studies in Europe collaborating with the University of Maastricht, Zuyd University & Fontys University of Applied Sciences. She holds EC-12 superintendent, principal, and teacher certifications. Additionally, Sharon holds counseling certificates and a non-profit certification. Dr. Deloach has been recognized with a number of honors from business councils, civic organizations, military, and education organizations.
Sharon and her husband Sidney have six wonderful children and four adoring grandchildren.
