Personal Leadership Effectiveness™ Program for Rising Female Leaders

We offer a variety of programs including the certified Personal Leadership Effectiveness™ Program for Rising Female Leaders. Our inaugural cohort for Rising Leaders graduated November 30, 2016.

Participant criteria for the Rising Leaders program is as follows:

  • Employed for at least 3 years
  • Employed as a mid-level manager or supervisor of a program or department for at least one year
  • Shows an openness to feedback and a willingness to learn
  • Is willing to commit to the time and rigor of the 11-week program

11 Week Program, 9-12 on class days

Character-Based Certified Leadership Program

August 28th In-Class Session, Orientation and “Make Things Happen”

Week of September 2nd- Meet with coach

September 11th- In-Class Session, “Achieve Personal Significance” and “X-Out the Negatives”

Week of September 16th- Meet with coach

September 25th- In-Class Session, “Internalize Right Principles” and
“March to a Mission”

Week of September 30th-Meet with Coach

October 9th- In-Class Session, “Integrate All of Life” and “Zero in on Caring for People”

Week of October 14th, Meet with Coach

October 23rd- In-Class Session, “Energize Internally and Realign Rigorously”

Week of October 28th- Meet with Coach

November 6th-In-Class Session, “Stay the Course” and Commencement

Our first Women's PLE Certificate program for Rising Leaders started in September with this fantastic group of women. Our first PLE™ Certificate program for Rising Female Leaders started in September 2016. Our first cohort participants were Angela Hackenstadt, U of A Law Library; Carla Reaves, Walmart; Deana Duncan, Sam’s Club; Gwen Cannon, Walmart; Jamie Vaughn, First Security Bank; Karina Viquez, Walmart; Keyaan Hawkins, Walmart; Kristal Gano, Arvest; Lori Winesburg, Arvest; Mary Ann Morgan, transportation industry; Sunny Lane, Helen Walton Children’s Center; and Vicki Thompson, Now Diagnostic.
